It doesn’t matter whether you have never played corn hole or are a seasoned expert, all you have to do is get the bag in the hole and come out to support Big Brothers Big Sisters on September 14, 2019.
Corn hole, or “bags” as it is called in the Midwest, is a backyard lawn and tailgating game that anyone can play. Corn hole for a Cause Tournament, benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nevada County and North Tahoe, is slated for September 14, 2019 at Katie’s playground at the Truckee Tahoe Airport. The tournament practice and warm ups start at 3pm and tournament play begins at 4pm.
There will be plenty of sunshine, food and drink and good competition for all levels of play. Prizes and prize money too. Register your team of two early to assure you have a spot.
Visit https://eventbrite.com/ and browse Corn Hole for a Cause. Teams of two are $100. If you are interested in sponsoring the event, you receive a logo’d corn hole boards that will be used during the event.
