There are many Truckee Caterers to choose from to make your special event, or Truckee Wedding perfect!

When searching for Truckee Caterers, you should have some idea in advance of what your budget is. You'll need to know the number of people attending your event, and whether you would like just cake or desserts and appetizers, a buffet, or a sit down meal. The time of your event, will determine whether it is a breakfast, lunch, or a dinner meal which will cost more.
I personally, missed my calling as a Caterer. I have an artsy, creative personality, and with food, presentation is everything! I'm also very visual when it comes to food, and not a big experimenter, so I personally like to see what I'm making or eating first.
The Internet, I think helps to narrow down Caterers that you'd like to talk to. In the case of a large event, or wedding, it is customary to sample some of the dishes beforehand to help with the decision making process, or to choose your menu.
My son Ryan, and his wife Marlene, got married on Catalina Island, off of Los Angeles, on 07/27/07. Their wedding was held on the outdoor patio at the Catalina Country Club. Prior to the wedding, we were invited to a "tasting luncheon" where the Country Club put on a buffet luncheon of a lot of their wedding offerings. There were about 10 or so couples that were getting married at the Country Club in the same month that they were, that were also attending the luncheon. We were given a list of the options, and as we sampled items that we really liked, we could add them to the list of the menu items that they wanted at their wedding. We then went on to do the cake tasting! We knew right then, prior to the wedding, that the food would be fabulous!
If you are planning a wedding, the food can be a major cost within your wedding budget. You definitely want the food to be great, so choosing the perfect Truckee Caterer will be an important decision.
